Until now, companies have spent enormous amounts of time and money trying to increase operational performance with hit-or-miss band aid solutions to the symptoms of organizational distress, only to find the problems reappearing six months later. The reason for this reoccurrence lies in attacking the symptom and not the cause.
Using the same theories of imaging, Dougherty & Associates has spent the last decade researching, testing and developing a unique assessment tool, the CRI, to diagnose organizational performance infrastructure. The CRI accurately assesses the present state levels of organizational performance within six operational dynamics and with pinpoint accuracy, profiles twelve dimensions of organizational effectiveness. Once profiled, the data will provide a structure for process development, guiding change management, and specific recommendations for action plans to transition higher levels of accountability and performance.
THE INSTRUMENT
CRI STATIC EVALUATION:
The CRI instrument is a simple questionnaire of 36 static questions to access internal perceptions of organizational health. The questions are designed to document present state dynamics indicative of organizational strengths and weaknesses. Since each company is different and operates in a different culture, the questions were developed to be unbiased and without cultural reference. However, the responses provide amazing accuracy to situational change, transition and organizational climate analysis. The information is organized for analysis in several formats to compare levels within the organization, divisions or operations within the organization, or compare aggregate scores from one time frame to another. The STATIC assessment is available on-line for direct and instant feedback to decision makers and planners.

The home page for assessments will guide your selection of the assessment analysis best suited for your organization. The results will clearly define the leadership perceptions of the present state structure and infrastructure of the organization, prescriptions of necessary first steps, and the recommended tools and training to product results. The analysis provides a focus of leadership functions in twelve (12) specific areas of organizational effectiveness within six dynamic conditions of management. A unique organizational climate analysis will provide a profile to determine specific strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within an organization. The will provide a healthy foundation to develop an ongoing strategy for managing effectively and will provide a preparation for the Culture, Values and Teamwork process.
Investment Consideration:
CRI Static Assessment: Each participant will be administered a 36 question assessment which will be compiled to reflect a present state profile for change readiness with predictive recommendations for specific areas of improvement. The recommendations include steps for effective implementation. This is a web-based interactive instrument which allows an organization to create point-in-time profiles for strategic planning and infrastructure development.
