The logo of Dougherty Management DNA Change, LLC forms the foundation by which all programs and services are developed and reflects our values, beliefs and principles. As you look at the logo, you see a series of horizontal lines forming the base for two mountains, haloed by the figure of a bird.

The horizontal lines represent the continuous opportunity for growth in life, reaching out to eternity. This assumes the enormous potential that is available to individuals and organizations to become much more than their present awareness.

The mountains represent the challenges of life. Each endeavor presents us with the challenge to achieve. These challenges are sometimes manifested in obstacles, attitudes, roadblocks, and conflicts.

The bird, taken from the concept of our little friend Jonathan Livingston Seagull, gives us the encouragement to overcome the challenges in life and succeed. His life, by focusing on a goal and vision, exemplifies our own ability to achieve anything we choose to focus on.
