Communication Styles Analysis
Dougherty & Associates utilizes the latest assessment tools to determine the individual communication styles of individuals within an organization and their effects on decision making and leadership. Used individually will provide accurate feedback to an individual to become aware of how his/her personality is manifested in communication with others, how likeness and differences may effect communication, and how to understand the diversity that exists in differing communication styles. The assessment can be compiled into a team or organization profile to enhance communication between individuals, recognize the strengths of others communication styles, recognize differences in communication styles as strengths in the relationship, and provide a basis for resolving conflicts and differences.
THE INSTRUMENT
The Communication Styles Assessment consists of 70 questions and should take no more then 10 minutes to complete. When complete, the results are available through electronic response. For Team compilation, a simple set up menu provides easy access.

COMMUNICATIONS STYLES ANALYSIS Assessment: The report consists of a definition of styles, identification of specific individual communication characteristics, strengths and pitfalls for specific styles, areas for improvement. When used in a team environment, the results are compiled and profiled into a team profile. This profile indicates individual styles, likenesses and differences, areas for cooperation and conflict, strengths of each styles, and areas for improving team cooperation and understanding. The objectives of the instrument are to clarify our basic communication styles, how we go about gathering information, how we make decisions and our sense of urgency.
