The 2-3 day Team Development process is a structured, positive, small group seminar that focuses on TEAM performance. The program develops effective lines of communication, defines individual and group success patterns, clarifies individual and group values within a mission statement, identifies strengths, and develops goals for the future. The program aligns individual goals with group and organizational objectives to develop trust, relationships, and cooperation leading to more effective decision making.
The program includes several follow-up sessions to develop strategies, structures and systems within the organization to carry out its mission. The session is ideal for off-site creative retreats with differing venues such as southwest outdoors with live horse and cattle ranching, river rafting in the great northwest, competitive team interacting, and other creative selections at additional charge.
