Don has a professional background in family therapy, communications and relationship counseling. He has practiced professionally for over 28 years and is credited as a leading author and lecturer in the field of relationships. Although the past decades have been focused on creating family relationships within corporate America, his experience has continued to focus on the fundamental quality of relationships. He is recognized as a worldwide leader in corporate transitioning of mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, a national speaker and trainer in both the private and public sectors, including numerous fortune 500 clients.
Mary Dougherty, B.S.N., B.H.A.:
(Drombland Castle - Galway)
Mary is a professional nurse and has administrated and practiced in healthcare for over 28 years. Her unique perceptive qualities have given her the experiences to apply compassion and empathy to a wide variety of relationships. Her leadership in her profession is recognized in geriatric nursing, home healthcare and school healthcare.
Mary and Don share their experiences of 35 years of marriage, practicing and applying the techniques of this retreat in a practical way. They share this love with four daughters, three son-in-laws and seven grandchildren.
